Robin Adams widow of Cobb County Magistrate Judge Ross Adams (Chief Magistrate Judge Frank Cox) and Bruce Ailion's girlfriend at the time now his wife) sent a threatening letter to my office from attorney Elizabeth Guerra

Fraud Upon the Court - Bruce Ailion and 4488 Doral Circle Marietta, Cobb County sale

On May 5, 2004, shortly after 4 months of working as a retail property manager for Inland Southern Management I received a letter at my office regarding Robin Adams, who had retained attorney Elizabeth L Guerra.  This letter was addressed to me at Inland Southern Management (see below) but the letter was written to Mr. Wright.

Why would this threatening and defamatory letter be sent to my employer's office and addressed to Mr. Wright?

I had been dating Mr. Albert (Eddie) Wright  this time and he and I did not know who Robin Adams was. My name was still Marla Ailion and did not change until I remarried on June 26, 2004.   This letter got me in a bit of trouble with my employer Inland Southern Management who opened the letter and requested an explanation.  I could not give any explanation for why this letter was sent to me at my office because it said "Dear Mr. Wright".  Additionally, I could not explain the letter, neither Eddie Wright nor I had ever met Robin Adams nor any of her children up to this time nor ever been to her home.  Neither of us had any idea why we were being sent a letter threatening us with a warrant for stalking or a criminal trespass from the Cobb County Magistrate Court . We later learned that  Robin Adam"s deceased husband Judge Ross Adams was a former Cobb County Magistrate Court Judge.

This was the beginning of many attempts to have me and/or my boyfriend arrested, and to get me fired from my job see http://courtcollision.blogspot.com/2012/12/fired-from-my-jobs.html.

Also see my blog posting on the connections between the parties at http://courtcollision.blogspot.com/2012/12/the-connections-between-judge-adele.html.

The people who initiated this letter should be arrested and tried for conspiracy and dishonesty with the courts. If you didn't know this woman, had never heard of this woman, had never seen her, nor threatened her nor her children in any way, then their was a collusion or a design–– a plan.

The letter was concocted to demonize you and to position her boyfriend (your ex-husband) for winning in future cases, and for him to gain advantage and favor with the courts. It's probably not the first time a Georgia man has colluded with another woman against his [former] wife.

Since Mrs. Adams was a well-known late judge's wife, and Ailion is a lawyer with friends and associates at the same court house, I'm sure they and their lawyer friends knew it was illegal to falsely accuse you and to fraudulently harass you and your employer with threatening mail.

What I don't understand is why they sent this to your employer, who apparently opened it thinking it was company mail (?) Do attorneys always do this? Is there any evidence that they had attempted to send the mail to your home, first?

Because of so many stories of situations like these, the state of Georgia will soon be famous for these nasty legal shenanigans, and dirty court tactics, and for all of the innocent victims of their court system.

Then the Atlanta area will become like Detroit and folks will say, "Last one out, turn out the lights!"

When they incarcerated you in jail, have you tried to figure out what you could have been party to had you not been incarcerated?

In other words, what was your husband and his mistress doing or what were they involved in that you might have become aware of? Could they or someone else they knew have been hiding something that you would have objected to?

Before our divorce my husband had moved in with his mistress, and set up a business with her.

Our stories are very similar.

I'm asking you this question because they put me in jail in Cobb County for "harassing phone calls" and by the Grace of God I had $3,000 cash with me to bail myself out. (The bondsmen weren't answering the phone that night and I only had a couple quarters - jailers there don't make change....)

After reading your story and looking back I know without the cash on hand, that they would have kept me there indefinitely. God only knows how long.

Since I was able to bail myself out, the next thing they did was shackle and handcuff me and have me institutionalized for 72 hours and then held me there against my will for 6 days total.

Looking back, I realize now they did this to keep me from identifying my son's body that was supposedly in storage at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home. It was a very nasty divorce, and the Cobb County police, jailers, and court authorities were very much involved in it.

These may be divorce cases, but more than that they're public corruption cases, and criminal cases that should be investigated by the federal government. This has to stop. Please feel free to visit my blog. http://sniffenfiles.blogspot.com
